Yoga Flow

Hatha yoga, emphasising on breathing, stretching, correct alignment and stress relieving restorative poses.

A great option for:

  • An introduction to yoga for beginners
  • Advanced yoga students in need of a gentle flow
  • Those of you who have stepped away from an active lifestyle and in need of a gentle reintroduction
  • Everyone!  

Power Yoga

Vinyasa yoga class is faster paced, designed to heat the body through breath and movement. A dynamic and high energy practice that develops strength in the mind and body while stimulating the cardiovascular system

A great option for:

  • Yoga students wanting to step up a level from gentle yoga
  • Those in need of a faster paced workout
  • Losing weight
  • Building mental and physical strength

Restorative Yoga

45mins

A calming experience focusing on relaxing and resting the body, mind, and soul. Involving only 5 or 6 poses held for 5 minutes or more. Allowing your mind to clear while listening to soothing poetry. Using supportive props such as a bolster to help you truly relax and re-set the nervous system.

A great option for:

  • Those in need of healing after illness/injury
  • Reconnecting your mind and body
  • Relieving stress, anxiety, and depression
  • Switching off from everyday worries and taking time for you

Chair Yoga

45mins

A relaxing class while supported and seated on a chair. Avoiding putting any pressure on joints making it a primary option for those who are less mobile or suffering with arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, previous injury.

Mother and Baby Yoga

A gentle, relaxing class for you and your baby. Helping to strengthen your mind and body, while bonding with your child in a beautiful, safe space. A class tailored to your own individual needs that will help to ease any aches and pains you may be feeling during your postnatal recovery.

Suitable for 6-8 weeks postnatal to early crawling.

Yoga mats and water are provided but you’re welcome to bring you own if you wish.

Please bring a blanket and any favourite toys or comforter for your baby. 

Tea/coffee and biscuits will be available for 30 minutes after if you wish to stay for a little chat with other parents/carers.

Beginner’s Yoga

A gentle introduction to yoga, connecting your mind, body and breath. A safe and slow paced class focusing on the traditional asanas (poses). Modifications and yoga props are offered throughout, providing you with support and helping you to find correct alignment, making the practice more accessible.

A great option for:

  • Those who have never practised yoga before
  • Those who have but would like to learn more
  • People recovering from previous illness or injury
  • Everyone!


Early Bird Yoga

Early bird catches the worm! Start your day positive with an early morning, mood boosting class for all levels that will help wake you up and clear your mind. Helping you to feel energised and focused for the rest of your day. So roll out of bed and come join us before work/the school run or even if it’s your day off!

Parent/Carer & Toddler Yoga

A fun and engaging class for you and your toddler in a calm, safe space. Suitable for active/walking toddlers to pre-school.

Mums, Dads, Grandparents & Carers welcome to bring along their toddler! 

Helping you both to improve your strength and balance, while bonding and connecting with your child. 

Enjoy some well deserved relaxation through breathing exercises and calming techniques. Sensory toys are provided if your child wishes to play at any time during the class. Children are welcome to bring their own toy/blanket/comforter.

Yoga mats and water is provided but bring your own if you wish.

Tea/coffee and biscuits will be available for 30minutes after. The perfect chance to chat with other parents/carers while your children play. Boosting self confidence and strengthening social skills- not just for your child but for you too!
