The Art of Wellness Yoga

Welcome to The Art of Wellness. A warm and welcoming community of like-minded people, all seeking balance and positive energy. A calming, safe space that allows you to just be. We’re here to support you on your good days and your bad.

Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practise, our range of classes offers something for everyone. On warmer days, we practice our yoga in the great outdoors, by the beautiful woodland and the peaceful flow of the stream.

De-stress and soothe those aching muscles with our range of massage therapies, from Swedish to Deep Tissue. 

Get cosy and immerse yourself in deep relaxing soundbaths, or explore our retreats and art workshops- thoughtfully created for adults, teenagers and children.

For younger minds, we offer nurturing experiences that support their mental and physical wellbeing.
